Anil Ambani-led companies Reliance Power, Reliance Infrastructure to hold annual general meetings on September 18
Notices for the 19th annual general meetings (AGMs) of Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure were issued on Monday.
Reliance Power, part of the Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group, will hold its 19th AGM on September 18, 2023, at 2 pm IST through video conferencing/other audio-visual means.
Shareholders can participate in the meeting from remote locations and cast their votes through electronic means. The record date to determine the members eligible to attend and vote at the meeting has been fixed as September 1, 2023.
At the AGM, the shareholders will consider and adopt the company’s financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2023, and the reports of the Board of Directors and the auditors thereon.
They will also appoint auditors for the current year and fix their remuneration. Further, the shareholders will consider and approve the proposals for the issue of bonus shares, if any, and declaration of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.
Reliance Infrastructure, another Anil Ambani-led company, will also hold its 19th AGM on September 18, 2023, at 4 pm IST through video conferencing/other audio-visual means.
The record date for determining the members eligible to attend and vote at the meeting has been fixed as September 1, 2023.
